Healthy Tuna Fish Bread...
Ingredients
1/2 cup canned Tuna fish flakes
2 cups Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Jowari flour
1/4 cup Bajra Flour
1/4 cup Oats
Salt to taste
1 tsp Dry Mix herbs
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Yeast
1/2 cup or more Water
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 black olive
Method
Take a mixing bowl. Add yeast, sugar, 1/2 cup wheat flour and luke warm water. Mix it well. Let the yeast rise. Now add salt, rest of the Wheat flour, Bajra flour, Jowari flour, Oats, Dry herbs, chilli flakes and Tuna flakes. Mix all the ingredients well to make a soft dough. Add water if required. Add 1 tbsp oil and knead the dough well for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp olive oil on the dough. Cover the dough and let it rise. Grease a tray. Add some oil on the Palm. Punch the dough and knead it again. Now take the dough on the tray, give it a shape of a fish. Fix the black olives to make an eye of the fish. Brush the fish with oil. Keep it for 10 minutes. Bake the fish for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degrees in a pre heated oven. Serve it with Salad.
